- 1. How do I determine what light bulb I need?
- Ans: It is always easier to e-mail us a picture of the product you need or call the store and someone will assist you. Please make sure that if you do choose to send an e-mail to provide us with the following info: quantity, voltage, wattage and your contact information.
- 2. I need someone to come to the boat to change out some existing fixtures do you install?
- Ans: We can set up and schedule an appointment for some one to provide you with a number of options on replacing light fixtures. We do not install! We can recommend a few electricians that we but by no means are we affiliated with the work or responsible for installation.
- 3. What is your return policy?
- Ans: There are No returns after 30 days of purchase. There are No returns on electrical items! There are No returns on special order items. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee! (Depending on the circumstance).
- 4. What are your hours of operation?
- Ans: We are open: Monday – Friday 9:00 am until 5:00 pm
- 5. If I wanted to re- order something that I purchased from you before how would I know what to order?
- Ans: There is an Invoice number on every receipt so just provide us with that number.
