Return Policy Guidelines

At Apollo Lighting, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return merchandise, please follow our return policy guidelines for a smooth process:

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number

Prior to returning any goods, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 954-375-0100 (EXT. 1001 or EXT. 1002) or email us at info@apollolighting.com to request the RA number. Kindly indicate your order number in the email or during the call.

Approved Returns

All returns must be approved before shipment. Please reference the RA number provided when returning the goods. Ensure that the goods are returned prepaid.

Include Necessary Information

When requesting a Return Authorization, provide the Apollo Lighting order or invoice number corresponding to the items you wish to return. We cannot issue a Return Authorization number without this information. Enclose a copy of the original packing slip or invoice with the returned goods and indicate the reason for return.

Defective Goods

Defective goods may be returned at any time during the product's warranty period. Such returns will be processed according to the product's warranty policy. For more information, please refer to our Warranty Claim Requests page.

Time Limit

To avoid a minimum 15% restocking charge, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The items being returned must reach Apollo Lighting within 21 days from the issuance of the Return Authorization number. Failure to comply may result in a restocking charge of up to 15%, subject to inspection.

 

 At Apollo Lighting, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse array of products sourced from various manufacturers. However, due to the extensive range of items and options available, it is not feasible for us to stock every product from every manufacturer. Please be aware that certain products may be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with the respective manufacturer's policy, especially if it is an item we do not regularly keep in stock. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and strive to provide you with the most seamless and customer-friendly service possible.

Freight and Handling Charges

The sender is responsible for all freight and handling charges.

COD Shipments

We do not accept COD shipments.

Shipping Labels Responsibility

Please note that at Apollo Lighting, we are not responsible for providing shipping labels for regular returns. However, if we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item or if you received a damaged product, we would gladly arrange and cover the shipping label costs. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your product satisfaction.
