apl305898
Vimar Arké HDMI 2.1b Outlet, IP20, Keystone Fixing, Flush Mount

Overview

The Vimar Arké HDMI 2.1b outlet is a 1-module flush-mounted insert for bringing an HDMI connection to a finished panel or wall point on board. It uses Keystone fixing, carries an IP20 rating, and fits protected interior locations where you want a clean media connection instead of a loose cable coming through a cutout.

This is a communication insert rather than a power socket, so its job is to give your TV, monitor, media box, or other onboard AV equipment a neat HDMI access point. The body is thermoplastic and halogen-free, which makes it a sensible fit for boats already using Vimar Arké modular devices in cabins, saloons, or navigation areas.

Key features

HDMI 2.1b connection in a 1-module Arké insert for onboard AV points

Keystone fixing for a clean flush-mounted installation

IP20-rated construction for protected interior spaces

Thermoplastic body with halogen-free construction

Available across the range in gray, metal, and white finishes

Range includes standard outlet versions and versions with a 90° cable outlet

Variants

This family is offered in gray, metal, and white finishes. The connector layout also changes across the range, with standard outlet versions and versions that use a 90° cable outlet for installations where the cable needs to turn close behind the panel.

Across the range, the core format stays the same: an Arké HDMI 2.1b insert with Keystone fixing for flush-mounted use. The main checks are the finish you want to see at the wall plate and the cable exit style that best suits the space behind the mounting point.

Compatibility and fit

Before ordering, confirm that your frame and support are part of the Vimar Arké modular system and that you need a single-module HDMI insert rather than a power receptacle or data jack. The visible face is about 22.2 mm wide and 49 mm high, with overall depth varying by version at roughly 40 to 47 mm.

Because the insert is IP20, it belongs in dry interior areas such as a cabin entertainment panel, nav station, or saloon bulkhead rather than an exposed cockpit or washdown area.

Installation and setup

On board, this type of insert is commonly used to finish the run between hidden AV equipment and a screen at the helm, in the saloon, or in a cabin. The 90° outlet versions are better suited to shallow spaces behind joinery or bulkheads, while the standard versions work where the cable can leave the back of the insert with more room.

This is a good match for refits and new builds that already use Arké switchgear and want a tidier HDMI connection point without leaving a patch lead loose at the panel.
