This revolutionary adhesive technology enables the mounting of heavy components without the need for welding, drilling, or tapping, holding up to 3,500lbs in just 40 minutes. Whether applied to vertical or overhead surfaces, AT-8040 ensures your parts stay precisely where you place them, eliminating sliding and the need for physical supports. This solvent-free, VOC Compliant, two-part methacrylate-based structural adhesive is formulated to bond metals and is suitable for use in severe environments. It also effectively bonds engineered thermo- and thermosetting plastics, composites to metals, or various substrate combinations, offering excellent adhesion to as-received metal surfaces including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and plated steels. With AT-8040, achieve functional cure within 45 minutes and develop ultimate tensile shear strength exceeding 3,500 psi on aluminum, coupled with remarkable impact and peel strengths.

Key Features That Set It Apart

Revolutionary adhesive strength that holds heavy parts without sliding

Suitable for vertical and overhead applications without the need for fixtures

Solvent-free, VOC Compliant for environmental safety

Minimal surface preparation required for a strong bond

Compatible with a wide range of materials including metals, plastics, and composites

Technical Specifications for Unparalleled Performance

Adhesive Type: Two-part methacrylate-based structural adhesive

Bond Strength: Holds 3,500lbs in tensile shear strength on aluminum

Cure Time: Functional cure within 45 minutes, with handling strength developed in 12 minutes

Application: Effective on as-received metal surfaces and various substrates

Efficient, Reliable Mounting for Any Project

Eliminates the need for welding, drilling, or tapping, preserving the integrity of your materials

Ideal for mounting heavy parts in marine, automotive, and industrial applications

Available Variants to Suit Your Needs

804010 10: A case of 10 tubes, perfect for extensive projects or multiple applications

8040 1: Single tube option for smaller projects or as a trial before larger-scale use

The Weld Mount No Slide Metal/Composite Bonder is more than just an adhesive; it's a game-changing solution for secure, reliable bonding without the traditional hassles of mounting.
