It includes a power connector and a 6 ft cord for connecting compatible rope lighting to a hardwired power source.

The kit uses a pin-style connector that engages the conductors inside the rope light, with a compression fitting to secure the connection. The cord has bare-wire leads for connection to the appropriate electrical supply.

Key features

Compatible with 3/8 in (10 mm) incandescent or DC-powered LED rope lighting.

6 ft power cord for flexible connection to the electrical supply.

Bare-wire cord end supports hardwired electrical connections.

Two-pin connector engages the internal rope-light conductors.

Compression fitting secures the connector to the rope light.

Installation and compatibility

To install, slide the compression fitting over the rope light, align the connector pins with its internal conductors, insert the pins, and tighten the fitting. Connect the free cord leads to the appropriate power source.

For compatible DC-powered LED rope lighting, the electrical supply must match the rope light's rated voltage, typically 12VDC or 24VDC. This kit is intended for DC-powered connections and should not be confused with connector kits for AC-powered LED rope lighting that require a rectifier.

What's included

Rope light power connector

6 ft DC power cord

ILMDL-CONKIT-6
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0809/6658/2518/files/Coiled_Cable_with_Ribbed_Connector-optimized.webp?v=1793199487
