To assemble a spinning assembly, Shaft Keys are inserted into slots drilled in a pulley or sprocket. A shaft key secures a functional element by securing the key in or to the shaft. Mechanical components include stem and keys. Most of the time, rods are accustomed to transmitting rotating motion and torque from one area to another. Keys are used to link the mechanical components on the rod, such as cams and gears.

Key Features:

To secure the operational part, the key is fastened in or to the shaft.

transmit rotational motion and torque from one location to another.

Connect mechanical components like cams and gears.

Specifications:

Brand: Marine Machining & manufacturing

SKU: 88-501

Weight: 1.00 LBS

Key Size: 3/16"

Shaft Diameter: 1 - 1 1/8"

Alternate Products SKU: "88-501"

Manufacturer Part Number (MPN): 3/16" BRASS KEY
