Fluid extractors are designed to be used with hot engine oil, i.e.; 104 deg. F to 140 deg. F, which allows the oil to flow more freely. This compact fluid extractor has an 8 gallon tank capacity with a suction capacity of 5 gallons. Vacuum charge is easily monitored by an included vacuum gauge while tank level is visible via a sight gauge. Once maximum fluid level is reached, used fluid can be quickly emptied by pressurizing the tank with approximately 10 PSI of shop air. A shop air supply of approximately 100 PSI @10CFM is required to create the vacuum. Once the vacuum is created this unit can be used independent of the air supply.
