Overview
The Garmin 010-02590-25 is a portable ECHOMAP UHD2 53cv ice fishing bundle that pairs a 5-inch keyed chartplotter and fishfinder with a Dual Beam-IF transducer for fishing through the ice.
The display is WVGA (800 x 480) and is built to handle wet conditions with an IEC 60529 IPX7 water rating for incidental immersion up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Power input is 9 to 18 Vdc, which lines up with most 12V setups on board.
On the ice, you can run a traditional sonar view or a flasher view to keep track of your jig and fish movement in real time. The portable kit keeps the system organized so you can move hole to hole without re-rigging your electronics.

- IEC 60529 IPX7 water rating for incidental immersion up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes

- One microSD card slot with support for up to 1 TB cards when formatted to exFAT
What’s included
- ECHOMAP UHD2 5-inch chartplotter and fishfinder (53cv)
- Dual Beam-IF ice fishing transducer
- Power cable
- Tilt and swivel mount
- Documentation
- Portable fishing kit (carry bag with handle, foam float, rechargeable battery, battery charger)
Installation and setup
Set the display in the portable case, connect the power lead to the included battery, and route the cable so it does not get pinched at the ice edge. The keyed interface helps when you are making quick changes with cold hands or gloves on.
The foam float keeps the transducer suspended in the hole at a steady depth. A wider 45 degree beam is useful when you want to see more area below the hole, and a 15 degree beam helps tighten up the view when you are working a jig directly under you.
Compatibility and fit
Because the unit runs on 9 to 18 Vdc, it fits 12V electrical systems. For boats with 24V house banks, plan on a regulated step-down converter sized to match the 3 A fuse protection.
The included Dual Beam-IF transducer is intended for ice use. If you want to move the display onto a boat for open-water use, it can be paired with a compatible mounting setup and an appropriate transducer style for the install location.
Use and care on board
If you move the unit between the ice and the boat, dry the connectors before stowing it in the case. After any salt spray exposure, rinse the housing with fresh water and let it dry before packing it away to keep pins and seals in good shape.
This bundle is a good match for anglers who want GPS mapping and sonar on one small screen and prefer a setup that can come off the boat and travel with the rest of their gear.
