The Vimar Idea SICURY USA socket outlet is a 2P+E 15 A, 127 V socket outlet for American and Saudi Arabian standard plug formats. It is a one-module, flush-mounted device with screw-terminal wiring, IP20 protection, and a body size of 24.80 x 50.10 x 37.50 mm.

The outlet uses enhanced contact protection and includes a label space on the front. Its housing is plastic with thermoplastic construction, a matt finish, and a halogen-free body, which makes it a straightforward fit for interior electrical points where a clean modular finish matters.

Variants

This outlet is offered in two color versions.

The difference across the range is the front color. Both versions keep the same 2P+E 15 A 127 V format, one-module layout, screw-terminal connection, flush-mounted installation, and IP20 protection.

• VM16242: Color Gray. This version suits panels and switch layouts that already use a darker neutral finish and where a lower-contrast look is preferred.
• VM16242.B: Color White. This version blends more easily with light interior liners, cabinetry, and bulkhead trims.

Installation and fit

This is a fixed wiring device, not a portable adapter, so it should be installed into a proper flush-mount electrical assembly by a qualified installer. Before fitting, check that the mounting position accepts a one-module Idea device and that the branch circuit matches a 127 V, 15 A outlet application.
