Overview

The Lopolight 201-011 Series is a 3 NM 225° white masthead navigation light for horizontal mounting. It runs on 10-32 VDC and draws 3 W.

The compact body measures Ø92.5 mm x 46 mm and is rated IP68, which helps in exposed mounting spots on a mast, hardtop, or radar arch where spray, sun, and vibration are part of normal use.

Variants

This light is offered in multiple finish options.

The core configuration remains the same across the range, with the finish being the main visible difference.

• 201-011KL: Finish Silver. Uses a silver anodized aluminum housing that pairs naturally with aluminum spars and metallic deck hardware.
• 201-011KL-WH: Finish White. Uses a white ceramic-coated housing that blends into white masts and painted superstructures with a cleaner look.

Compatibility and fit

This is a masthead navigation light intended for vessels in the 12-20 m range where a 3 NM masthead light is required for your operating area and compliance plan.

Check for an unobstructed forward arc so the 225° sector is not blocked by antennas, wind instruments, stays, or davits. The Ø92.5 mm footprint helps when space is limited at the masthead or on a hardtop light bar.

Installation and wiring

Mount the light level and oriented correctly for the vessel centerline so the masthead sector reads cleanly from ahead through the required arc. Any tilt or misalignment is noticeable at distance, especially on fast planing boats.

Connect to a 10-32 VDC navigation-light circuit. Minimum feed wire gauge is 0.5 mm2 (AWG 22); keep splices sealed with marine heat-shrink and secure the cable so it cannot chafe where it passes through the mounting surface.

Use on board

This light is commonly used as the underway masthead light and is typically paired with sidelights and a stern light as part of the vessel running-light set.
