Overview

The TACO Marine V12-9992 is a 1" x 17/32" flexible overlay vinyl insert made for SuproFlex semi-rigid rub rail installations. It fits on the face of the compatible rub rail profile, helping cover fasteners while adding a softer contact surface where docks, pilings, trailers, and other boats are likely to meet the hull edge.

This insert is built for use with TACO Marine V11-9991 and V11-9993 SuproFlex rub rail profiles, which are sold separately. The soft PVC construction and 88-durometer face give the rub rail a cushion effect that helps absorb everyday impact without changing the clean finished look of the rail.

With color and length options available, this overlay insert is useful for rub rail replacement projects on bass boats, freshwater boats, saltwater bay boats, and similar hulls where a continuous protective edge matters as much as appearance.

• V12-9992BKA60: Black, 60'. This option gives the rub rail a dark finished face and suits shorter runs or installations where a 60' coil covers the planned section.
• V12-9992WHA60: Arctic White, 60'. This option keeps the rub rail face light in color and works for 60' replacement or new-installation layouts.
• V12-9992BKA80: Black, 80'. This option provides the same dark finish in a longer coil for larger hulls or longer continuous rub rail runs.
