Suitable for a wide range of rigging applications. The Bow shackles have a proportionally greater length for rigging applications with bi-directional loads, resulting in a high strength-to-weight ratio. A screw pin is used to close these shackles. They're ideal for rigging applications that require frequent joining and disconnection because the screw pin can be removed quickly from the shackle body. Cast shackles do not load at a constant rate.
