Sea Star Solutions Rope & Handle Assembly. (18-4904)

The Rope and Handle Assembly are designed for use with electrical systems. It is a marine starter handle and rope kit for the outboard motor. When the rope grip has been pulled, the rope uncoils. Then it tensions the spring, engages the clutch, turns the crankshaft, and starts the engine before the end of the pull stroke. The crankshaft is connected to the blade shaft on the recoil start. Check if something is blocking the movement of the blade or if the pull cord is stuck.
