Cdi Electronics Mercury Battery Chg. Stator (174-4793)

CDI ELECTRONICS finds ways to improve upon the OEM design stator in the ignition system. Corroded lead wire, overheating, and frequent failure in the capacitor charge coil. The Mercury BATTERY CHG. STATOR (174-4793) has a durable and corrosion-proof lead wire. The windings are secure with a high-temperature insulating compound for durability. The larger magnet wire leads to less electrical current flow, producing a cooler operating coil. This design will maximize the life of this critical source of power for the ignition system. Most of the stators by CDI Electronics are intended for multiple applications, and easy-to-follow instructions to connect the unit in your applications.
