Sea Dog Marine Bronze Grbrd Drain With T- Handle (520042-1)

Water can get into your hull through the back drain plugs, especially if they're older and the rubber has lost its flexibility. The drain plug tube or receptacle fitting may have become loose, or the sealant around the tube-to-hull seal may have deteriorated. When the boat is out in the water, it is relatively easy to drain water using Garboard Drain & Plug. This plug has a square T-top for manual tightening or removal. Before the boat is hauled out of the sea, you can easily remove using the T-top. It also has a tapered thread plug that provides a watertight seal to prevent water from getting inside. The Garboard Drain & Plug component is from die-cast bronze with good corrosion resistance, high strength, and hardness.
