Sea Star Solutions Lanyard, Replacement - Evinrude/Johnson (Mp28880)

A lanyard attaches the safety switch to the operator's wrist or life jacket. In the event that an operator leaves or falls out of the vessel, the lanyard will get pulled from the switch, and then the engine stops or cuts off. An injury from a propeller strike or other incident is less likely to occur when you wear a lanyard while operating a PWC.
