Description  

The Aluminum (3851441) Propeller is designed for use on all gasoline and diesel engines equipped with the DPS, DPS-A drive and can reach up to 35 knots.

The stainless steel Type F Propeller should be utilized for all engines with more than 35 knots. Volvo's DPS (Dynamic Positioning System) outdrive is meant to assist in maintaining position and delivering smooth movement in turbulent water.

NOTE: Volvo Duoprop Prop Sets of Type D are being replaced with Propeller Sets of Type I.

Mixing Type D and I propellers is not permitted. Always utilize propellers of the same kind and size (or on both drives in twin installations).
