Description  

The requirement for thrust washers arose practically as soon as the wheel was established in antiquity. When the bearing that handles the radial load, such as a bushing or roller bearing, does not have particular provisions for axial or thrust loads, these tough washer-shaped flat bearings are employed to keep wheels from moving sideways on axles. Part number 3852020 is a brand new authentic OMC Cobra/Volvo Penta propeller thrust washer bushing. The thrust washer is the same for OMC Cobra and Volvo Penta. Only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts are shipped. Part number 3852020 from OMC (BRP) has been superseded by part number 126870.
