These impellers use an 8-blade flexible rubber rotor with a 65 mm outside diameter and a 16 mm shaft diameter, with variant depths of 36.5 mm, 51 mm and 76.2 mm depending on the pump fit.
This range is built around the same Profile M size family, but the material, drive type and depth vary by configuration. That matters on board because the impeller must match the pump body, shaft drive and liquid being moved. Neoprene versions suit normal engine cooling and fresh or saltwater transfer, while nitrile versions are used where bilge water or transfer fluids may contain oil or diesel.

Compatibility and fit
A flexible impeller is a precision fit part, not a general-size replacement. Before fitting, compare the old impeller or pump specification against the material, drive type, outside diameter, shaft diameter and depth. The drive style is especially important because a spline, key or ding drive hub will not interchange correctly with the wrong shaft.
For engine raw-water cooling, the right impeller helps maintain steady coolant flow through the heat exchanger or raw-water circuit. For bilge, transfer and utility pump use, material selection becomes just as important as size because the fluid may contain fuel residue, oil or other contaminants.
Material selection
Neoprene is the common choice for raw-water cooling and clean water transfer on boats, including saltwater service where the pump and system are maintained properly. Nitrile is the better match when the pump may handle oily bilge water, diesel-contaminated water or transfer duties where petroleum exposure is expected.
Installation and maintenance
Install the impeller with the correct vane direction for the pump, using a lubricant that is suitable for rubber impellers. Check the pump cover, cam, wear plate and gasket or O-ring condition while the pump is open, since worn surrounding parts can shorten the service life of a new impeller.
Carry a spare impeller on cruising and fishing boats, especially where engine cooling depends on the raw-water pump. Replace the impeller at regular service intervals or sooner if the vanes show cracking, set, missing tips or heat damage from dry running.
