Overview

The TACO Marine OT-2160CF is a 16' carbon fiber center rigger pole for offshore trolling setups on sport fishing boats up to 40'. It gives the center line a clean pull point behind the boat, which is useful when running a shotgun bait, teaser, dredge spread, or other single-line center rigger presentation.

The pole has a UV-resistant clear-coated black carbon fiber construction, a 1-1/2" outside diameter, stainless-steel Type 316L swivel rings, anodized aluminum collars, and single stainless steel rollers with brass bushings for line rigging. It telescopes to less than 8' for bridge clearance, trailering, and storage, which matters on trailer boats, lift-kept boats, and center consoles that move between fishing grounds and tight dock or marina spaces.

Compatibility and fit

This pole is made for universal center rigger mounts or TACO Marine Sport Fishing center rigger top mounts that accept 1-1/2" diameter poles. Confirm the mount opening, locking method, and available overhead clearance before installation, especially on boats with hardtops, towers, radar arches, or upper stations.

It is listed for use with TACO F16-0150-F, GS-312, and GS-314 compatible center rigger mounts. The pole is not a pair of outriggers and does not replace port and starboard outrigger poles. It is the center position pole used to add a center line to an offshore trolling spread.
