Overview

The TACO Marine T10-4000-12 is a ShadeFin Mini side wall mount with backing plate for installing a ShadeFin Mini shade on consoles, side walls, gunnel walls, or deck railings. It gives the shade system a fixed mounting point where a standard deck mount is not the right fit, which is useful on boats with limited deck space or with vertical surfaces that are better positioned for shade coverage.

The mount uses aluminum-grade 6061 alloys with Type 304 stainless steel components, and it has a powder-coated misty silver finish. An injection-molded nylon cap is included to cover the mount when the shade is not installed, helping keep the installation neat at the helm, along a gunwale, or near a seating area.
