Overview
The Blue Sea Systems 360 Panel Rocker Switch is a replacement or configuration switch for Blue Sea 360 Panel System installations where a specific pole, throw, and switch action is needed. It fits 360 panel modules used for Gauge, DC Push Button + Switch, and DC Battery Management layouts, making it useful when building a new panel or matching an existing switch position on board.
This rocker switch range uses Quick Connect Tab terminals with a 0.187in (4.75 mm) terminal size, which keeps wiring serviceable in tight helm, cabin, and electrical panel spaces. All listed configurations are rated for 10A at 12V DC, with additional AC and 24V DC ratings varying by pole and throw configuration.
Key features
- Made for Blue Sea 360 Panel System modules, including Gauge, DC Push Button + Switch, and DC Battery Management applications.
- 0.187in (4.75 mm) Quick Connect Tab terminals support straightforward panel wiring and future service access.
- Available in SPST and SPDT configurations for simple on-off circuits or circuits that need switching between two outputs.
- Maintained and momentary switch actions are available, with parentheses indicating momentary ON positions.
- Rated for 10A at 12V DC across the listed range, suitable for properly protected low-voltage marine control circuits.
- Compact rocker format works well for organized helm panels, distribution panels, and auxiliary control positions.
Variants
This product family covers six switch configurations. The main differences are pole and throw type, switch action, and whether the action is maintained or momentary.
SPST versions cover single-circuit on-off control, while SPDT versions support switching one input between two output paths or control states. Options include ON-OFF, ON-OFF-ON, ON-OFF-(ON), (ON)-OFF, and (ON)-OFF-(ON) actions, with one (ON)-OFF-(ON) configuration marked as standalone.
Installation and setup
Match the replacement switch to the existing circuit function before wiring. SPST configurations suit basic on-off control, while SPDT configurations are used where the circuit needs a center-off position with two selectable directions or functions.
Use the amperage rating that applies to the selected variant and protect the circuit with properly sized wiring and overcurrent protection. The 0.187in tab size should be checked against the existing female disconnects before installation, especially when refitting an older panel.
Use cases on board
This switch range is a practical match for boat owners, installers, and panel builders working with Blue Sea 360 Panel System layouts. It is commonly relevant for helm controls, DC accessory switching, battery management panels, and service replacements where the switch action must match the original function.
