The vent body, 316 stainless steel alloy construction, 5/8 inch hose fit, 7/8 inch maximum hull thickness, and 1-3/8 inch installation hole are consistent across the listed versions. The difference is the vent outlet style.

• 66031-3: Straight vent. This version works for installations where the vent hose can run directly from the fitting without needing an immediate change in direction.
• 66032-3: 90 vent. This version helps when space behind the hull is tighter or the hose needs to turn soon after the fitting.

Installation and fit

Before drilling, confirm the mounting location has enough backing space for the selected straight or 90 degree hose path. The fitting is intended for a 1-3/8 inch hull opening and should be paired with 5/8 inch inner diameter fuel vent hose.

The flush face makes it a good match for hull sides, cockpit-adjacent areas, and exterior locations where a cleaner profile is preferred. As with any fuel system component, the vent should be installed so the hose runs without kinks, low traps, or sharp bends that could restrict tank breathing.
