These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.apollolighting.com and all related websites, features, content, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by MARINE LIGHTING SOLUTIONS, LLC, doing business as Apollo Lighting (“Apollo Lighting”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Our store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products worldwide. Certain Shopify terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms.
1. Nature of Our Business
MARINE LIGHTING SOLUTIONS, LLC, doing business as Apollo Lighting, is an authorized reseller of the brands and products offered on our website. We sell marine lighting, marine electronics, boating equipment, marine accessories, and related marine products. We are not the manufacturer, distributor of record, or agent of the brands we sell unless expressly stated otherwise.
All products we offer are genuine and obtained through authorized supply channels. Our role is limited to the retail sale of products to end customers (“you”, “your”) under these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
You may create an account to facilitate purchases and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at info@apollolighting.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or suspected fraud.
4. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, compatibility details, dimensions, installation information, and images are accurate and up to date. However, manufacturers may change specifications, materials, firmware, packaging, included accessories, or other product details without prior notice.
Product availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee that all items displayed online will be in stock at all times. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, specification, compatibility, or listing errors, which may be corrected without prior notice.
For marine products, you are responsible for confirming that the item purchased is suitable for your vessel, intended use, voltage, installation environment, and applicable safety or regulatory requirements.
5. Orders, Acceptance, and Pricing
All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance and verification. Receipt of an order confirmation or payment authorization does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the product(s). We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, shipping restrictions, or system error. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.
We may correct pricing or typographical errors and update information at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Duties
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices exclude applicable taxes, import duties, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges, which are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. The total price displayed at checkout reflects product price, applicable taxes if calculated, and shipping fees. Additional import taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, or brokerage fees may apply based on your country’s laws and are payable by you to the relevant customs authority or carrier.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us, Shopify, and our payment processors to charge it for the total amount of your order. If payment cannot be processed, your order may be delayed or cancelled. We may report fraudulent or unauthorized transactions to the relevant authorities.
8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs inspections, weather, warehouse transfers, manufacturer availability, supply chain issues, or other events beyond our control.
Unless prohibited by applicable consumer law, title and risk of loss transfer to you when the products are delivered to the carrier. You must inspect all deliveries promptly and report any damage, missing items, or shortage to both the carrier and Apollo Lighting within the timeframe specified in our Shipping Policy or Returns Policy.
9. International Shipping and Customs
We ship eligible products to customers worldwide. You are responsible for ensuring that the import, installation, and use of the products in your country comply with local laws, marine regulations, electrical standards, safety requirements, and any other applicable rules.
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, and related charges are your responsibility. Customs delays are beyond our control. We are not liable for any costs, seizures, penalties, delays, denied imports, or regulatory issues arising from customs or compliance matters outside the United States.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Returned products must be in original condition, unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, and original packaging included.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to restocking fees as described in our Returns Policy. Items sent back or dropped off without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted and may be shipped back to you.
11. Manufacturer Warranties
MARINE LIGHTING SOLUTIONS, LLC, doing business as Apollo Lighting, does not provide any product warranties of its own. All warranties applicable to the products we sell are provided directly by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their specific terms and conditions. We act solely as an authorized reseller and may help facilitate access to the manufacturer’s warranty service when available.
Warranty claims, including repairs, replacements, or exchanges, must be made directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed by us or the manufacturer. Apollo Lighting is not responsible for the manufacturer’s evaluation, coverage determination, repair process, replacement process, or turnaround time.
Manufacturer warranties typically exclude damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage, modification, unauthorized repair, water intrusion, saltwater exposure, corrosion, impact, improper maintenance, or use outside the manufacturer’s specifications. We recommend reviewing the manufacturer’s warranty before purchase and ensuring that all marine products are installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
12. Promotions, Coupons, and Gift Cards
Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards are subject to their stated terms. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined unless expressly stated. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.
13. Third-Party Services and Shopify
Some functionalities of our website are operated or facilitated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, logistics providers, manufacturers, warranty providers, shipping carriers, analytics services, and other service providers. Your use of such features may be governed by the respective third party’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, applications, carriers, payment processors, manufacturer portals, or warranty systems outside our control.
14. User Content and Reviews
You may submit reviews, feedback, photos, questions, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content for marketing, operational, and promotional purposes.
You represent that your content is truthful, non-defamatory, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, reject, or remove content at our discretion.
15. Export Controls and Sanctions Compliance

Products purchased from us may not be exported or re-exported to countries, individuals, vessels, organizations, or entities under embargo or subject to export restrictions. You represent that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of, any restricted or sanctioned country, person, vessel, organization, or entity.
16. Electronic Communications and SMS

If you opt in to receive SMS marketing, you consent to receive promotional messages at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR REQUIRED BY LAW, THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. APOLLO LIGHTING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
APOLLO LIGHTING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR VESSEL, INSTALLATION, ENVIRONMENT, APPLICATION, OR INTENDED USE UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED BY THE MANUFACTURER.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARINE LIGHTING SOLUTIONS, LLC, DOING BUSINESS AS APOLLO LIGHTING, AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR VESSEL DOWNTIME, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

20. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather events, hurricanes, floods, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, manufacturer delays, carrier failures, customs delays, governmental actions, public health emergencies, power outages, cyber incidents, or telecommunications outages.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one individual.
You may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending written notice to info@apollolighting.com within thirty (30) days of your first acceptance of these Terms. Exclusive venue for any non-arbitrable matters shall be the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, U.S.A.
