Description
Overview
The Blue Sea Systems 7928 is a Contura II m-LVD rocker switch with SPDT (ON)-OFF-(ON) action for remote control of a low voltage disconnect system. It is built to fit Blue Sea Systems Contura Water Resistant Panels, uses a black Contura II actuator, and weighs 0.08 lb (0.04 kg).
This switch is meant for installations where the low voltage disconnect function needs to be controlled from a panel rather than at the device itself. The (ON)-OFF-(ON) action gives momentary control in either direction and returns to center OFF when released, which is useful when you want a clean panel interface without leaving the switch latched in an active position.
Key features
- SPDT rocker switch with (ON)-OFF-(ON) action for momentary control in two directions
- Built as the panel switch interface for Blue Sea Systems m-LVD low voltage disconnect setups
- Black Contura II actuator for a matching look on Blue Sea Systems Contura switch panels
- Made to fit Blue Sea Systems Contura Water Resistant Panels
- Compact switch body at 0.08 lb (0.04 kg) for tight panel spaces
Installation and setup
This switch belongs in a compatible Contura-style panel opening and should be wired only to the control circuit it is intended to operate. Because both ON positions are momentary, it is important to confirm that your system calls for an SPDT (ON)-OFF-(ON) switch before replacing an existing rocker or building a new panel.
On a boat, that usually means checking the switch function at the helm, cabin control panel, or electrical distribution area before ordering. Matching the actuator style also matters if the rest of the panel already uses Contura II rockers and you want the layout to stay consistent.
Compatibility and fit
This is not a general purpose maintained ON/OFF load switch. It is a specific rocker for low voltage disconnect remote control, so fit depends on both the panel format and the switching logic your system expects. It suits boats that already use Blue Sea Systems Contura panels and need a matching remote switch for an m-LVD function.

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear after processing. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, and the value of any included free items that are not returned may be deducted from the refund. Apollo Lighting does not charge a standard restocking fee on eligible returns. Returns that are incomplete, damaged, installed, used, altered, improperly packaged, or otherwise do not meet the eligibility requirements may be refused. Product warranty
Product warranty
Many products sold by Apollo Lighting include a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty terms vary by brand, product category, and model, so eligibility, coverage duration, exclusions, and available remedies are determined by the applicable manufacturer. We recommend reviewing the warranty information provided with your product before installation or use, especially for marine electronics, navigation equipment, lighting, electrical systems, pumps, safety equipment, and other specialized marine products.
If you need warranty service, the claim must follow the process established by the manufacturer, authorized service center, or designated warranty provider. You may be asked for proof of purchase, a serial number, product registration, photos, maintenance or installation records, or other documentation. Apollo Lighting does not determine or modify a manufacturer's warranty coverage or final claim decision, but we are happy to help provide purchase information and direct you to the appropriate manufacturer or warranty resource.
Keep your receipt, product documentation, serial number information, and original packaging when practical. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, improper installation, insufficient maintenance, corrosion, impact, unauthorized modifications, electrical issues, or operation outside the manufacturer's specifications may not be covered. Warranty claims are separate from standard returns, so a product that has been installed, used, or exposed to marine conditions may no longer qualify for return while still remaining eligible for evaluation under the manufacturer's applicable warranty.
