Description
Description
Overview
The Lumishore 010-04447-00 is a LUX DL50 5W downlight with a black bezel for overhead lighting in cabins, cockpits, and other interior or exterior spaces on board. It runs on 10.5 to 31V DC and uses a sealed IP68-rated build that holds up well in wet areas and during washdowns. The bezel face measures 64mm and fits a 50mm cutout, so you can confirm the hole size before you drill or swap an existing light.
Light output can be set to full-color CRGBW and the white tone can be tuned from 2700K to 6500K, which helps when you want warm light in the cabin and cooler task lighting at the helm or galley. Control is handled through the LUX lighting system: it can be run from a momentary switch, and it supports upgrade paths to display-based control when you are building out a fully integrated lighting setup.
Key features
- 5W LUX DL50 downlight with black bezel for overhead mounting
- 10.5 to 31V DC input range to suit typical 12V and 24V onboard systems
- IP68 sealed construction for wet areas and washdowns
- Full spectrum CRGBW color control plus tunable white from 2700K to 6500K
- 64mm bezel diameter with a 50mm cutout requirement for the mounting hole
- Spring-clip retention for quick fitting from the face side of the panel
- Designed for the LUX control ecosystem, supporting momentary-switch control and system expansion
Installation and fit
This light is sized for a 50mm hole and uses spring clips to clamp into place, which works well for hardtops, headliners, and overhead panels where you have limited access. Plan for clean cable routing behind the mounting surface and keep the back of the fitting clear of insulation, wiring bundles, and tight bends.
Electrical and system integration
With a 10.5 to 31V DC operating range, this downlight can be used across mixed-voltage fleets and refits where you may be standardizing on one lighting family. Max current draw is listed as 0.5A / 0.25A (system voltage dependent), which is helpful when you are estimating load for circuits and power distribution. For multi-light installs, keep wiring runs tidy, group lights by zone the way you actually use the boat, and locate control hardware where it stays protected and serviceable.
Use cases on board
This is a solid match for owners upgrading cabin or cockpit downlights where they want one fixture that can do both comfortable warm white and brighter task white, with full-color options available for accent lighting. It also fits well in refits where you are replacing older small downlights and want a sealed fixture for damp head compartments, companionways, or under a hardtop.
What’s included
- One (1) LUX Downlight DL50
Maintenance and care
In saltwater environments, a quick fresh-water rinse after heavy spray or washdowns helps keep the bezel looking clean. When cleaning around the lens, use mild soap and water and avoid abrasive pads that can haze the surface over time.

Product warranty
Product warranty
Many products sold by Apollo Lighting include a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty terms vary by brand, product category, and model, so eligibility, coverage duration, exclusions, and available remedies are determined by the applicable manufacturer. We recommend reviewing the warranty information provided with your product before installation or use, especially for marine electronics, navigation equipment, lighting, electrical systems, pumps, safety equipment, and other specialized marine products.
If you need warranty service, the claim must follow the process established by the manufacturer, authorized service center, or designated warranty provider. You may be asked for proof of purchase, a serial number, product registration, photos, maintenance or installation records, or other documentation. Apollo Lighting does not determine or modify a manufacturer's warranty coverage or final claim decision, but we are happy to help provide purchase information and direct you to the appropriate manufacturer or warranty resource.
Keep your receipt, product documentation, serial number information, and original packaging when practical. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, improper installation, insufficient maintenance, corrosion, impact, unauthorized modifications, electrical issues, or operation outside the manufacturer's specifications may not be covered. Warranty claims are separate from standard returns, so a product that has been installed, used, or exposed to marine conditions may no longer qualify for return while still remaining eligible for evaluation under the manufacturer's applicable warranty.
