The Garmin Navionics Vision+ NVEU073R is an electronic chart for Italy’s lakes and rivers, made to run on compatible Garmin chartplotters that read Navionics chart data from microSD/SD media.

It adds practical planning and depth-visualization tools for inland cruising and fishing, including up to 1 ft contours (where available) and depth range shading with up to 10 color-shaded depth ranges. Auto Guidance+ can calculate a suggested dock-to-dock route for planning, but it does not replace safe navigation decisions on the water.

Purchase includes a one-year subscription that unlocks daily chart updates and downloadable content during that period. Anything you download while the subscription is active stays on the card, but new content and updates require an active subscription.

The microSD/SD options ship as a physical card that plugs into the chartplotter’s card slot. The Download options let you load the chart data onto your own microSD/SD card using Garmin Express.

Compatibility and fit

Confirm your chartplotter supports Garmin Navionics+ and Garmin Navionics Vision+ chart formats and has an available microSD/SD card slot. On many systems, the chart media needs to remain inserted to display the chart layers while you navigate.

Installation and updates

For microSD/SD versions, insert the card and select the chart layer from the chart menu. For Download versions, use Garmin Express on a computer to write the chart to a microSD/SD card, then move that card to the chartplotter.

Daily updates and extra downloadable content run through the one-year subscription and are delivered via the ActiveCaptain app when your setup supports it.
