Overview

The Lumishore 010-04417-00 is a 1000 mm neon flex LED strip light that gives you a continuous line of light for accents and indirect lighting around the boat. It uses 180 LEDs per meter behind a spot-free diffuser, and it supports full spectrum color plus tunable white from 2700K to 6500K.

The strip is fully sealed to an IP67 rating for above-water installations, so it can be mounted in wet areas and see normal washdowns, but it is not meant for permanent submersion. Plan the run around a minimum 120 mm bend radius, keep bends in the side-to-side direction only, and avoid areas with strong direct sunlight.

Power and control are handled through a compatible LUX Strip Light Driver module. The driver can be operated with momentary switches, or tied into an EOS-LUX Command Center for control from a compatible MFD, depending on the rest of your lighting system.

Installation and setup

Mounting is done with stainless steel clips fastened with suitable screws for your surface. Once the clips are aligned, the strip presses into place with a positive click, and adding extra clips around tighter bends helps the strip stay seated.

This neon flex is supplied in premade lengths that are sealed to maintain the IP67 rating, so choose the length you need up front and route it as a complete piece. When handling it, uncoil along the length and avoid pulling, stretching, or dropping the strip during the install.

Electrical and control integration

Connect the strip only to a compatible LUX Strip Light Driver module, then feed the driver from your vessel supply. Switch control can cover on/off, dimming, and preset colors, and an EOS-LUX Command Center can be added when you want multi-zone control and MFD integration using the correct interface accessories for your electronics.

Maintenance and care

Rinse with fresh water after heavy salt exposure and wipe with a soft cloth. Periodically check that clips stay tight and the cable route is protected from chafe where it passes through bulkheads or under trim.
