The Vimar Eikon EXÉ 22657 is a 7-module cover plate that finishes a Vimar Eikon modular switch or socket group with a faceplate that sits flush and keeps the lines tidy on the bulkhead. It spans 212 mm by 90 mm and can be mounted horizontally or vertically, so it works for wide or stacked layouts depending on your frame.
This is the outer plate only, with clamp mounting to the underlying 7-module support frame. It carries an IP00 rating, so it belongs in interior locations that stay dry and protected rather than anywhere that sees washdowns, spray, or persistent condensation.

Compatibility and fit
Confirm your installation uses the Vimar Eikon module system with a 7-module support frame. This plate is not interchangeable with other formats such as US Decora, UK grid systems, or different Vimar series that use other frames.
If you are fitting it into a yacht joinery panel, make sure the cut-out and support frame sit flat so the plate can clamp on evenly without rocking.
Installation and setup
Fit the support frame and devices first, then clip the cover plate in place once wiring and device alignment are finished. On a boat, it helps to re-check the clamp engagement after the first few runs, especially on helm and companionway bulkheads where vibration is higher.
Materials and care
Clean with a soft cloth. For wood and leather finishes, avoid solvent cleaners and heavy scrubbing that can dull the surface. For metal and glass finishes, a damp cloth with a mild cleaner is usually enough, and abrasive pads should be avoided to keep the finish looking even.
Use on board
This plate suits interior switch and outlet groups in cabins, salons, nav stations, and dry helm areas where you want the wiring devices to blend with the rest of the fit-out. It is a good match for new builds and refits that standardize on Vimar Eikon hardware across multiple spaces.
