Overview

The Vimar Neve Up Series is a flush-mount dial thermostat for boats and yachts with 100-240 V AC climate circuits that switch heating or air conditioning in ON/OFF mode. It uses a 5(2) A 240 V relay output, fits a 2-module opening, and gives you straightforward temperature control from a rotary dial rather than a touchscreen.

This thermostat is a practical fit for cabins, saloons, and other interior spaces where the vessel already has an AC-powered HVAC setup or an inverter-fed climate circuit. The setpoint can be adjusted from 4°C to 40°C, and the white LED backlighting includes brightness control so the display stays easy to read in daylight or at night.

Variants

This thermostat is offered in two color configurations within the same Neve Up 2-module format.

The difference between the variants is the finish color. The electrical supply, control method, relay output, and core thermostat function remain the same across both versions.

• VM09470.CM: Color: Carbon. This darker finish blends more quietly into anthracite panels and contemporary cabin interiors.
• VM09470: Color: White. This finish stands out more clearly on light switch plates and white interior panel layouts.

Electrical and system integration

This unit is intended for hard-wired AC installations, so it suits vessels where cabin heating or air conditioning is controlled from a 100-240 V circuit. It is not the right match for a direct 12 V or 24 V DC thermostat setup unless the system itself is designed around AC supply and switching.

The thermostat works in ON/OFF mode, which keeps operation simple for crew and guests. That makes it a sensible choice for accommodation spaces where you want room temperature control without adding a more complex networked system.
