Overview

The Vimar PLANA 2-module mounting frame is a flush-mounted support for modular devices with 71 mm centre spacing. It fits 60 mm fixing centres or 56x56 mm mounting boxes, supports a 2-module layout in horizontal installation or 1 module in vertical installation, and uses a thermoplastic body with a honeycomb structure that adds stiffness to the frame.

This frame uses a screwless support format and front-side insertion for the module inserts. The transparent version makes wiring easier to see during assembly, while the frame also includes corner slots for panel fixing, central slots for levelling against the wall, and hooking teeth for linking multiple modules in series.

• VM14603: Green. This version keeps the same flush-mounted 2-module frame layout and suits installations where that color matches the surrounding trim.
• VM14603.G: Grey. This version changes the visible finish of the frame while keeping the same installation format.

Compatibility and fit

This frame belongs to the Vimar PLANA wiring series, so it should be paired with PLANA modular devices and the matching cover plate format built around a 2-module, 71 mm support. Checking the device series before ordering matters more than outside size alone, especially in refit work where other Vimar ranges can look similar but use different supports.
