Overview
The Lopolight 300-038 is a white double masthead navigation light with a 225° sector and a 5 NM rating, for 20-32 VDC systems and horizontal mounting on vessels from 20 to 50 m (65.5 to 164 ft). It draws 7 W and lists 290 mA at 24 VDC, which lines up with a 24 V onboard electrical system.
The housing is silver anodized aluminum with a PMMA lens and A4 stainless steel fasteners. IP68 sealing keeps water and dust out, and the unit is rated for -25°C to 55°C operation. Overall size is Ø92.5 mm x 128 mm and weight is 1.65 kg (58.2 oz).

Installation and setup
Mount the light horizontally in the correct masthead position with clear sightlines. Cable routing can be run out the side or down, which helps when you are feeding wiring through a mast, radar arch, or hardtop.
The connection is via plug connector, so leave enough access to reach the plug during service. Minimum feed wire gauge is 0.5 mm2 (AWG 22). Use cable glands sized for 7-13 mm cable diameter to keep the cable entry watertight and strain-relieved.
Compatibility and fit
This model is for 20-32 VDC only and will not operate on a 12 V circuit. It is intended for vessels in the 20-50 m size range and is built around a 225° masthead light sector with a 5 NM rating.
Use cases on board
A good match for yachts and larger sportfish running a 24 V system that need a 5 NM masthead light in a stacked format. It also suits refits where a sealed, plug-connected light makes future removal and inspection less disruptive to the wiring run.
