Overview
The Lumitec Maxillume h120 is a DC-powered flood light for deck and spreader lighting when you need a wide, high-output beam. It produces 12,000 TRUE lumens (white) and runs on 10-30V DC for 12V and 24V systems.
This light draws 120W and outputs a 5000K white light with CRI 70+. The housing is fully sealed for exterior mounting and built around a heavy-duty, powder-coated aluminum body that holds up to vibration and spray.
White dimming is handled through Timed Toggled Protocol (TTP), so brightness can be adjusted from the power feed without adding a third-party dimmer.
Key features

- Powder-coated aluminum housing for use in saltwater environments
- 24 inch 16 AWG marine cable lead for straightforward wiring runs

Variants
This light is offered in multiple configurations to match how you want to mount it and how you want it to look on the boat.
The options vary by mount style (trunnion bracket mount or flush mount) and housing finish (black or white). The listed configurations share the same DC input range and white output with white dimming.
- 101347: Trunnion mount, black finish. The adjustable bracket makes it easier to aim the beam after installation on hardtops, masts, rails, and work structures.
- 101346: Trunnion mount, white finish. The bracket mount keeps the aiming flexibility while the white housing blends in on lighter-colored tops and superstructures.
- 101348: Flush mount, white finish. Flush mounting recesses the light for a lower profile; plan for clearance behind the mounting surface and use the cutout template for the opening and fasteners.
Installation and setup
Trunnion mounting uses a bracket and common 1/4 inch stainless hardware, letting you set the angle where you need it. Flush mounting requires a recessed cutout and predrilled holes for #10 self-tapping stainless screws; allow airflow around the fixture and keep insulation clear of the recessed area.
Electrical and control
Wire the light to a 10-30V DC supply through an appropriately sized fuse or circuit breaker and a standard SPST on/off switch. On startup, the light ramps in brightness over about 3 seconds; a brief off/on toggle during that ramp sets a dimmed level, and letting the ramp complete returns full output.
Use on board
This is a good match for boats that regularly work at night, dock in tight quarters, or need strong deck lighting for fishing, loading, and washdowns. Common mounting spots include spreaders, aft decks, cockpits, foredecks, and transom work areas where a wide flood pattern helps reduce shadows.
Maintenance and care
Rinse the fixture with fresh water after saltwater runs and check mounting hardware periodically for tightness. Keep the lens clear of heavy salt buildup so the beam stays even across the deck.
Safety and compliance
This product can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
