Overview
The Blue Sea Systems 360 AC Source Selector Module is a single-output rotary selector panel for choosing between multiple AC power sources on a boat. It is part of the 360 Panel System and is used where AC circuit protection is handled elsewhere in the installation.
This module family covers 120V AC and 230V AC systems, with configurations for two or three source inputs and maximum amperage ratings of 30A or 65A. Across the range, each module uses an OFF position, red reverse polarity LED indicators, and green power available LED indicators so the selected AC source can be checked at the panel before loads are energized.
The panel face measures 4.75 in high by 4.88 in wide, with depth varying by configuration. It fits cleanly into a 360 Panel System layout for shore power, generator, inverter, or other AC source selection on cruising boats, fishing boats, and refit projects where a clear manual selector is preferred.
Key features
- Rotary AC source selector module for the Blue Sea Systems 360 Panel System.
- Available for 120V AC or 230V AC installations.
- Configurations support two-source or three-source AC selection.
- Available in 30A and 65A maximum amperage versions to match the AC service design.
- OFF position gives the operator a clear disconnect point between source selections.
- Red reverse polarity LED indicators help flag incorrect AC polarity at the panel.
- Green power available LED indicators show when AC power is present.
- Panel size is 4.75 in high by 4.88 in wide for consistent 360 Panel System integration.
Variants
This product is offered in six configurations. The differences across the range are nominal voltage, number of selectable AC sources, and maximum amperage rating.
The 120V AC versions are available for two or three source inputs, with 30A and 65A options depending on the configuration. The 230V AC versions follow the same selection pattern, giving installers a matching panel format for boats with 230V AC service. Depth and weight vary by version, so the selected configuration should be checked against the available space behind the panel before installation.
Installation and setup
This selector is intended for AC source selection in a properly protected marine electrical system. It does not replace the need for correctly sized breakers, wiring, grounding, and shore power protection elsewhere in the system.
During a refit or panel build, confirm the vessel voltage, source count, amperage rating, wire routing, and available rear clearance before ordering. The rotary layout works well when the operator needs a simple, deliberate way to move between shore power, generator, inverter, or another AC input without guessing which source is active.
Compatibility and fit
The module belongs in a Blue Sea Systems 360 Panel System arrangement. It is a good match for boats that already use 360 Panel modules or for new custom panels where AC source selection needs to sit beside other AC or DC controls in a uniform layout.
For best fit, match the selected variant to the vessel AC system rather than the panel opening alone. A 120V AC boat and a 230V AC boat use different variants, and the number of sources should match the actual inputs being switched.
