• VM20068.B.N: Finish Silver; Indicator White Indicator. This version matches silver-themed installations and keeps the indicator window a neutral white.
• VM20068.B: Finish Grey; Indicator White Indicator. A grey finish works well in darker panels and helm areas where glare and contrast are a concern.
• VM20068.B.B: Finish White; Indicator White Indicator. A white finish blends into light-colored bulkheads and switch panels, with a white diffuser for the indicator window.
• VM20068.V.B: Finish White; Indicator Green Indicator. A green indicator diffuser helps separate a function from other white indicators on the same panel, such as status or enable signals.

Installation and setup

Plan this as a flush-mounted installation in a suitable back box, then snap the module into the compatible frame before fitting the cover plate. Allow for the 38.50 mm device depth and enough room for wire bends and terminations behind the switch.

If you want the indicator to illuminate, the unit is supplied without the signalling unit, so the lighting component needs to be selected and installed separately as part of the system.

Electrical and on-board use

With a 10 A rating at 250 V~, this push button can be used on onboard AC circuits within that limit, and it is also commonly used as a low-current control input for relays or contactors when you do not want the load current passing through the panel device.
