Overview
The Simrad 000-13334-001 is a 3.5-inch color digital gauge for NMEA 2000 networks that shows live engine and vessel data on a 320 x 240 display.
It reads what is available on your backbone and presents it in practical pages, including engine data, fuel tank information, and instrument data such as speed, depth, heading, position, wind, and environmental readings when the right sources are on the network. The unit is rated IPX7 and draws 130 mA at 13.5 V from the NMEA 2000 network.
For helm refits, it fits a standard 85 mm (3 3/8-inch) circular cut-out and sits close to the panel with an 8 mm surface-mount profile. Operating range is -15 C to +55 C, and the safe distance to a compass is 0.3 m.

Compatibility and data sources
The IS35 displays whatever valid data is being broadcast on your NMEA 2000 network. Engine information requires the engine ECU to be on the network, either natively or through a suitable gateway. Fuel and tank pages depend on compatible fuel and level sensors if that information is not already coming from the engine or other networked devices.
Depth history requires depth data on the network. If a data source is missing, the corresponding fields will not populate, so it is easy to spot where a sensor or gateway is still needed.
Installation and setup
Mount it in an 85 mm cut-out and connect it to an open NMEA 2000 drop point on your backbone. Power and data come from the network, so the backbone should be properly powered and terminated.
After power-up, the default pages can be enabled, disabled, or replaced, and you can assign different data types to configurable pages to match how you run the boat at the helm.
Use cases on board
This gauge is a good match when you want a dedicated engine and fuel screen near the throttles, or when you are swapping an analog tach or speed gauge for a digital display without changing the dash layout. On fishing and cruising boats, putting depth history or fuel economy on the IS35 can free up chartplotter space for navigation and sonar.
Maintenance and care
Rinse with fresh water after salt exposure and clean using mild soap as needed. Avoid chemical cleaners and petroleum-based solvents, and periodically check that the rear connector area is seated correctly and protected before washdowns.
