• VM16254.B: Color Ivory. A lighter face colour that blends well with light trim and stays easy to spot in low light.
• VM16254: Color Gray. A darker face colour that pairs naturally with grey trim and helps hide everyday marks.

Compatibility and fit

This outlet uses the Vimar Idea 2-module format. It clips into an Idea mounting frame and finishes behind a matching cover plate, which makes it a straightforward replacement where the Idea modular system is already installed.

The receptacle follows the Chinese standard. Before ordering, compare your plug blade and earth-pin shape to the outlet face if you carry appliances from multiple regions.

Installation and setup

Mount it as a flush device in a suitable wall box or panel location, then snap it into the frame and fit the cover plate. Allow enough depth behind the panel for the rear body and for the conductors to bend without strain.

Terminate the conductors on the screw terminals and recheck terminal tightness after initial use, since vibration and thermal cycling can loosen new terminations.

Electrical and system integration

This is a mains-voltage AC outlet rated up to 16 A at 250 V~. Use it only on a properly protected branch circuit with the correct breaker upstream and a continuous protective earth conductor back to your AC grounding system.
