Installation and setup

Run the cable with a drip loop behind the display, keep it away from sharp fiberglass edges, and secure it so the connector is not carrying the weight of the harness. Hand-tighten the threaded collar until it is snug.

When tying into a switch panel or distribution block, use appropriate circuit protection and clean, corrosion-resistant terminations. Leaving a little service loop makes it easier to pull the display for updates or winter storage without stressing the plug.
