Overview
This Blue Sea Systems terminal block jumper is a nickel-plated brass jumper used to tie independent terminal block positions into a common circuit on a boat's DC distribution system. It is offered for Blue Sea Systems 20 Ampere 2400 Series, 30 Ampere 2500 Series, and 65 Ampere 2600 Series terminal blocks, so the fit depends on the amperage and terminal block series already installed on board.
A jumper is useful when several circuits need to share a common feed or return while still landing on separate terminals. That makes it a practical part for helm wiring, accessory distribution, electronics panels, and small DC subpanels where clean wiring and clear circuit organization matter.
Key features
- Creates common circuits across independent connectors on compatible Blue Sea Systems terminal blocks.
- Available in 20A, 30A, and 65A versions to match the correct terminal block amperage and series.
- Fits Blue Sea Systems 2400 Series, 2500 Series, or 2600 Series terminal blocks depending on the selected variant.
- Nickel-plated brass bus material supports a clean electrical connection in DC distribution layouts.
- Retail pack includes 5 jumpers for setting up multiple linked terminal positions.
Variants
This terminal block jumper is offered in three amperage configurations. The amperage selection changes the Blue Sea Systems terminal block series it fits, so the variant should match the terminal block already in the panel or the terminal block being added to the installation.
All listed versions share the same basic purpose: linking independent connectors so they can operate as a common circuit. The compatible terminal block series and amperage rating vary by part number.
- 9218: Amperage 20A. This version fits 20 Ampere Blue Sea Systems 2400 Series terminal blocks, including 2402, 2404, 2406, 2408, and 2410 blocks.
- 9217: Amperage 30A. This version fits 30 Ampere Blue Sea Systems 2500 Series terminal blocks and also works with the 5035 ST Blade Fuse Block with 6 independent circuits and cover.
- 9216: Amperage 65A. This version fits 65 Ampere Blue Sea Systems 2600 Series terminal blocks, including 2602, 2604, 2606, 2608, and 2610 blocks.
Installation and fit
Match the jumper to the terminal block amperage and series before installation. A 20A jumper is for 2400 Series blocks, a 30A jumper is for 2500 Series blocks, and a 65A jumper is for 2600 Series blocks. Using the correct series keeps the jumper aligned with the terminal spacing and intended connection layout.
For boat wiring, this part is most useful inside protected electrical panels, under-console distribution areas, battery switch compartments, and accessory wiring spaces where several circuits need to be grouped neatly without adding extra bus hardware.
What's included
- 5 terminal block jumpers in retail packaging
