Overview

The Vimar ARKÉ Series is a range of 2-module RF device mounting frames for compatible EnOcean, Bluetooth, and ZigBee controls used with Arké cover plates. Across the range, the frames fit 60 mm round junction boxes, mount from the front, can be oriented horizontally or vertically, and use a thermoplastic body in a flush-mounted format.

For a boat fit-out, this is the frame that sits behind the selected Arké plate and gives the RF control point a finished look instead of leaving the module exposed. It makes sense in interior control locations such as cabins, saloons, and utility spaces where the rest of the switchgear already follows the Arké layout.

Compatibility and fit

This frame is used with Arké 2-central-module or 2-module cover plates and the matching RF control hardware in the same family. It does not include a built-in installation box, and it is not intended for DIN-rail mounting, wall-duct installations, or subfloor duct boxes, so the backing box and plate style should be checked before ordering.

Installation and setup

The frame mounts from the front and can be set either horizontally or vertically, which helps when a helm panel, cabin bulkhead, or service panel has limited space or needs the control layout to line up with nearby switches. The central slot layout allows the support to sit level at the wall surface before the cover plate is fitted.

Use on board

This range is a good match for new builds and refit work that already use Vimar Arké trim and wireless control points. It makes the most sense in interior locations kept dry, where a tidy finish and consistent switch styling matter just as much as the RF function behind the plate.
