The variation is the housing color. The 16A 250V rating, German/French S31 format, axial cable entry, straight body format, screw-terminal connection, and IP20 protection remain the same across the listed versions.

• VM00231: Color Black. This version blends more easily with darker socket areas, cable runs, and trim.
• VM00231.B: Color White. This version suits lighter interiors and is easier to spot in lockers, cabins, and service points.

Installation and fit

This is a straight plug with axial cable entry, so the lead exits in line with the plug rather than at a right angle. That matters when you are checking rear clearance behind the plug and how the cable will run through a locker, bulkhead opening, or service space.
