Overview
The Vimar Idea 16756 Rondò cover plate is a 6-module faceplate for Vimar Idea installations, with horizontal or vertical mounting, clamp fastening, and an overall size of 197.8 x 82 x 9 mm.
It is the visible trim piece that finishes a switch or outlet group and gives the panel a cleaner, more integrated look in cabins, salons, passageways, and other protected interior spaces. The IP00 rating makes it suitable for dry locations rather than exposed deck, spray, or washdown areas.
This range keeps the same 6-module format across the line, while the appearance changes to suit bright interiors, darker panels, metallic hardware, or wood joinery on board.

Variants
This range varies mainly by the visible finish. Metal versions include white, ivory, black, metallized silver, metallized bronze, metallized anthracite, brushed nickel, black chrome, polished gold, matt gold, metal chrome, antique brass, and slate gray.
The family also includes wood cherry, wood teak, and walnut versions. Across the range, the 6-module layout, horizontal or vertical mounting, clamp fastening, IP00 rating, and overall dimensions stay the same, while the finish and, in the wood versions, the face material change the final look of the installation.
Installation and fit
Before ordering, check that your panel uses the Vimar Idea system and a 6-module layout. This part is the outer cover plate, so it needs to be matched to the correct support frame and box arrangement for the installation.
On board, it makes the most sense where the electrical controls are part of the interior finish and the panel is not exposed to weather. It suits accommodation areas, enclosed helm sections, and other dry spaces where the switch plate finish needs to work with the rest of the cabin trim.
