Overview
The Garmin 020-00301-00 is a round nose cone with a transducer replacement kit for compatible Force-family trolling motors, in a black finish.
It gives you the standard nose cone shape that works with traditional clamp-on, third-party accessories and includes the parts used when removing, replacing, or upgrading the built-in Garmin transducer.
Replacement O-rings and compression seals are part of the kit so the trolling motor can be reassembled with proper waterproof sealing after service work.
Key features
- Standard round nose cone profile that accepts third-party equipment that uses traditional clamps
- Transducer replacement components for service work on the built-in Garmin transducer (remove, replace, or upgrade)
- Includes replacement O-rings and compression seals for resealing after disassembly
- Compatible with Garmin Force and Force Kraken trolling motors
- Black finish to match common trolling motor setups
Compatibility and fit
This kit is intended for Garmin Force and Force Kraken trolling motors. Match your motor model before ordering, especially if your boat has more than one trolling motor generation on board.
If you are clamping a third-party transducer or other accessory at the bow, the round nose cone shape keeps the front end tidy and provides a familiar surface for standard clamp styles.
Installation and setup
Install it during a nose cone or transducer service. Keep the sealing surfaces clean, seat the O-rings and compression seals evenly, and make sure no wiring is pinched before tightening everything back up.
After installation, a quick check at the dock for any seepage around the nose cone area is a good habit before a long run or a full day on the water.
Maintenance and care
Rinse the lower unit after use, especially in brackish or saltwater, and avoid aiming a pressure washer directly at seams. If the motor takes a strike on a stump or trailer bunks, inspect the nose cone area and reseal if anything has been opened up.
