Overview
The Garmin 010-12676-40 is an all-in-one portable power and transducer cable that connects a Panoptix LiveScope System or Panoptix PS22 transducer and a compatible ECHOMAP chartplotter to a battery in a Panoptix ice fishing bundle.
It includes an inline 10A fuse holder on the power leads plus a charge port plug, so the same harness can stay connected for day-to-day use and for charging when your setup supports it. The cable is built around portable installs where wiring gets moved, packed, and re-deployed often.
Key features
- Inline 10A fuse holder on the power leads for basic circuit protection in a portable battery setup.
- Charge port plug for charging the battery used in compatible portable bundle setups.
- Works with 7 inch or larger ECHOMAP chartplotters.
- 4-pin power connection and transducer connection at the chartplotter end to keep the back of the unit tidy.
- Gray bare-wire connectors for transducer power leads when a transducer in the bundle requires separate power leads.
- 2-pin power connection for a Panoptix LiveScope sonar module when that module is part of the system.
- Red and black spade terminals for quick connection to a portable battery.
Compatibility and fit
This cable is intended for portable Panoptix bundle wiring where the chartplotter and sonar components run from a single battery. It is compatible with 7 inch or larger ECHOMAP chartplotters and is used to power a Panoptix LiveScope System or a Panoptix PS22 transducer in setups that match the portable bundle connections.
If you are adapting a portable LiveScope rig to a small boat, kayak, or a swap-in electronics box, confirm your ECHOMAP model size and that the back-panel ports match the cable ends before ordering.
Installation and setup
Connect the 4-pin power connector and the transducer connector to the back of the ECHOMAP chartplotter. If your setup includes a Panoptix LiveScope sonar module, connect the 2-pin power connector to the module. When a transducer requires separate power leads, connect those leads to the gray bare-wire connectors on the cable.
At the battery, connect the red spade terminal to the positive terminal and the black spade terminal to the negative terminal. Keep the fuse holder accessible, secure the cable so it cannot chafe on edges, and add strain relief where the harness enters a case, bag, or console.
Charging notes
The charge port plug is used for charging the battery in compatible portable bundle setups without changing how the cable is landed on the battery terminals. Treat the charging connection like any other onboard electrical connection: keep it dry, protect it from spray, and avoid leaving it where salt residue can build up.
Who it suits
This cable makes sense for anglers running a portable LiveScope or PS22 setup who want one harness that stays with the battery, whether that battery lives in an ice shuttle, a small skiff, or a transport box that moves between boats.
Maintenance and care
Periodically check the spade terminals for looseness, inspect the fuse holder for corrosion, and look over the jacket anywhere the cable bends sharply or rubs. If the harness gets splashed, wipe it down and let connectors dry before stowing it.
