The Vimar Plana RJ11 phone jack 6/4 is a flush-mounted communication insert for telephone or low-voltage voice lines that use an RJ11 6-position, 4-conductor connection. Across the listed versions, the connection type, screw-terminal layout, flush-mounted body, and 1-module footprint stay the same. What changes is the visible finish and, in one version, the addition of antibacterial treatment.

• VM14320: White finish. This version keeps a plain light-colored appearance that blends easily with standard white interior switch layouts.
• VM14320.SL: Silver finish. The visible face changes to a silver lacquered finish while the insert format and connection style remain the same.
• VM14320.AB: White antibacterial finish. This version keeps the same basic RJ11 function and adds an antibacterial surface treatment for higher-contact interior points.

Installation and setup

This insert is made for flush mounting and clamp mounting within a compatible Plana installation. Rear screw terminals keep the wiring straightforward, but panel depth and cable bend radius should still be checked before the plate is closed up, especially in tighter console or bulkhead spaces.

Because it is an IP20 device, it belongs in a dry interior location. It is not the right fit for open cockpits, exposed helm positions, or any mounting point that sees spray, washdowns, or heavy condensation.
