• VM17039.R: Color Red. Red front for panels where a dedicated supply line needs to stand out clearly.
• VM17039.B: Color Ivory. Light finish that blends more softly into accommodation spaces and lighter interior panels.
• VM17039: Color Gray. Neutral gray front that works well with darker trims and more technical-looking switch panels.

Compatibility and fit

Check the plug standard before ordering. This is an Italian type P30 outlet and it belongs to the Vimar Idea modular system in a 2 reduced module format. It is not a universal socket for mixed plug standards, and it is not a sealed outlet for exterior mounting.

It is a good match when the vessel already uses Vimar Idea frames and cover plates, or when a new interior electrical panel is being built around that same format. Matching the module size and plug standard is the key step before installation.

Installation and use on board

The screw-terminal layout suits fixed AC wiring in furniture joinery, cabin bulkheads, and other flush-mounted interior panels. On board, it works best where the outlet stays dry, accessible, and protected from direct washdown.
