Overview
The Lumishore 010-04477-00 is a 1 m ECLIPSE SL100 blue LED strip light for 12 V DC systems (10-15 V DC). The strip uses 60 blue LEDs per meter and draws up to 0.5 A per meter (6 W/m), which makes it easy to plan loads on a switched lighting circuit. It carries an IP68 rating and the lighting element is fully encapsulated and potted for wet locations on board.
This strip can be cut to length in 50 mm steps, with the cut end sealed before installation. The strip itself measures 10.8 mm x 4.0 mm, and the end cap measures 12.0 mm x 5.2 mm, so it tucks into toe-kicks, under-gunwale lips, locker edges, and other tight spaces where you want a blue wash without a visible fixture. It is UV resistant and salt spray tested for life in sun and spray.

Installation and setup
Plan the run first so the strip sits where it will not be scuffed by feet, gear, or hatches. Clean and dry the mounting surface so the adhesive backing bonds well, and add mechanical support with clips anywhere the strip might see heat, flex, or vibration. If you shorten the strip, cut only at the intended cut points and seal the new end before powering it back up.
Route wiring like you would any other low-current accessory: protect it from chafe, keep it away from sharp edges, and leave a small service loop so you can re-terminate later without stretching the conductors.
Electrical and system integration
Power it from a 12 V DC circuit within the 10-15 V DC range. For the full 1 m length, budget up to 0.5 A on the circuit. On 24 V boats, plan for a proper step-down supply before feeding the strip.
If the strip is wired to a basic on/off switch, it operates as switched accent lighting. When used with an ECLIPSE Command Center, the same strip can be managed as part of a zoned lighting setup with dimming control.
On-board use
This is a clean fit for blue courtesy and accent lighting in cockpit toe-kicks, under-gunwale runs, step edges, locker lips, and under-furniture glow in the cabin. It suits owners who want a low-profile strip that can handle wet areas and spray while keeping wiring and control straightforward.
