Overview
The Jabsco 38245-3094RSP is a compact-bowl electric marine toilet for raw-water flush systems on 24V boats. It uses a diaphragm rinse pump for sea, river, or lake water, runs through a touch sensor panel with eco, normal, and empty cycles, and uses 1.0 L per flush on eco mode.
For fit and plumbing, the compact bowl model uses a 19 mm (3/4") inlet and a 25 mm (1") discharge hose barb, with straight or 90 degree discharge routing available. The compact footprint is about 13.9" high, 13" wide, and 16.2" deep, so it works well in heads where space is tight but an electric toilet is still the right call.
The bowl is glazed vitreous china and the base assembly is ABS. Service access is one of the strong points here: the discharge pump uses a quick-release layout, and the base can be mounted with the discharge to the left, right, or rear to help you route hose runs cleanly around bulkheads and lockers.

Installation and fit
This model is for boats that flush with outside water rather than the potable water system. The rinse pump is self-priming up to 1.8 m (5.9 ft) max and uses 19 mm (3/4") hose on both inlet and outlet, which helps when planning intake routing, strainer placement, and service access around the head compartment.
The compact bowl version makes the most sense where depth and legroom are limited. Because the base and discharge pump can both be reoriented, it is easier to keep the discharge line running to the rear instead of forcing a tight bend right at the toilet.
Electrical and control
This is the 24V version, with a nominal supply of 24.0 VDC. The discharge side draws up to 10 A at 24V, and the raw-water rinse pump draws up to 4.5 A, so it should be installed on a properly planned 24V circuit with marine-grade wiring and protection.
The panel and control box carry an IP56 rating, which matters in a marine head where moisture, spray, and routine washdowns are part of normal use. Empty mode leaves the bowl dry, which is useful when the boat is underway or when you want less water left in the bowl between uses.
Use on board
This toilet is a sensible fit for compact cruising boats, charter layouts, and race boats where head compartment space is limited and the toilet may see frequent use. It also suits owners who want touch-panel control and easier pump access without moving to a larger regular-bowl setup.
