Overview
The Garmin 010-11677-00 is a quick-release mount with tilt and swivel for Garmin echo 100, 150, and 300c fishfinders. It gives you a stable fixed-mount bracket at the helm while still letting you change the screen angle when you are standing, seated, or moving around the cockpit.
The quick-release feature is handy when you trailer, store the boat, or leave it at the dock and prefer to remove the display rather than leave it exposed to sun, spray, and casual theft. Tilt and swivel adjustment also helps when glare changes throughout the day or when the unit is mounted off-center on a small console.
Key features
- Made for Garmin echo 100, echo 150, and echo 300c units
- Quick-release setup lets you detach the display from the bracket for storage and transport
- Tilt and swivel adjustment helps keep the screen readable as your helm position and lighting change
- Fixed-mount bracket format suits console, dash, or other solid mounting surfaces where the display needs to stay put underway
Compatibility and fit
This mount is intended for the echo 100, echo 150, and echo 300c. If your echo model is close in name but not an exact match, confirm the model on the unit label before ordering so the cradle and latch interface match your device.
Installation and setup
Mount it where the screen is easy to see and reach with one hand, and where the unit can tilt and swivel without hitting a windshield frame, grab rail, or throttle. Plan cable routing with enough slack for movement at full tilt and swivel, and keep the wiring supported so it does not pull on the back of the display when the boat pounds in chop.
On thin fiberglass or plastic consoles, a backing plate or large washers help spread the load and reduce flex. After the first few trips, recheck fasteners and the mounting angle and snug as needed.
Use cases on board
This mount makes sense for smaller boats where the fishfinder gets moved between vessels, stored inside between outings, or removed for trailering. It also works well when more than one person runs the boat and the viewing angle needs to change quickly between helm positions.
Maintenance and care
Rinse salt and grime off with fresh water after spray-heavy runs, and keep the tilt and release points free of sand and dried salt. Periodically check that the bracket stays tight and that the release action remains smooth before heading offshore.
