All variants cover the same Adriatic Sea, North Coast chart region (VEU452S). The difference is the format you receive and the workflow used to get it onto your Garmin display.

• 010-C0796-00: Format microSD/SD. Insert the preprogrammed card into a compatible chartplotter with a microSD or SD slot and select the chart region from the chart options.
• 010-D0466-00: Format Download. Install the chart using Garmin Express, then use the programmed microSD/SD card with the compatible chartplotter.

Compatibility and fit

This cartography is intended for compatible Garmin chartplotters and sounders. If you are using the microSD/SD card format, confirm your display has the correct card slot and that the unit supports BlueChart g3 Vision mapping.

On a Garmin Marine Network, a single mapping card can be shared across compatible displays, so one unit can host the card while other stations view the same charts.

Auto Guidance and imagery layers depend on chartplotter model and settings. Treat any suggested route as a planning tool and verify it against local conditions, notices, and what you see on the water.

Installation and setup

For the microSD/SD version, power the display off, insert the card, and restart. Once the unit finishes booting, the chart region becomes available in your chart selection.

For the download version, complete the install in Garmin Express and then move the programmed card to the boat. Keep the card seated while the chart is in use so the plotter can read the data.

Use on board

Depth shading and tight contours help when you are planning anchorages along the Croatian islands, keeping an eye on shoaling areas near harbor entrances, or following a depth line while slow trolling.
